By using Groceli, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.

2. The service

Groceli provides grocery-list, organization, collaboration, budgeting and related features. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share credentials or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. User content

You retain responsibility for grocery lists, notes and other content you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit content and must not use Groceli to store unlawful or harmful material.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Groceli reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every feature will remain available.

6. Intellectual property

Groceli branding, software and original service materials remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse, legal compliance or other legitimate operational reasons. You may request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where legally permitted.
